The Volvo C70 has had a facelift for 2010 and will launch at Frankfurt
The most obvious change to the C70 is the nose, which has been redisigned and appears to take its styling cues from the Volvo S60 Concept we saw prior to Detroit. The V70 gets new front wings, a re-shaped bonnet, new swoopy lights and a new front bumper with a wider grill. It gives the V70 more road presence.
The Hongi H7 from FAW is the first D-segment sedan from the brand since the 1980s. Aimed at the executive private market as for use by Chinese officials, the Hongi H7 was developed by Giugiaro in Italy. The sedan features a ‘straight waterfall' chrome front grille inherited from the brand's traditional identity.
Audi has provided the strongest hint yet that it plans to crown its Q5 lineup with an RS model by revealing a one-off, 408-hp, supercharged 3.0-liter V6 concept version of its compact SUV. Although Audi officials are playing down the importance of the custom concept, insiders have told AutoWeek that it was constructed to provide customer feedback on a possible performance-oriented version of the Q5, the likes of which would almost certainly form part of the company’s future North American lineup.
